Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services provided by Prodigal Pig Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), including WristedWatch. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
WristedWatch offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The following terms apply to those subscriptions:
- Title and length: Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annual). The exact subscription name, duration, and price are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy.
- Price: The price of the subscription is presented in the app at the time of purchase and is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charge: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- Managing and cancelling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Standard Apple End User License Agreement
Unless you have separately agreed to a custom end user license agreement with us, your license to use our apps is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

Use of the Apps
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the apps, attempt to disrupt our services, or use them in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Content and Data
Watch catalog and reference information is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. Prices, availability, and product details are sourced from third parties and can change without notice. We do not sell watches and are not responsible for transactions you make with third-party retailers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodigal Pig Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the apps.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
